I have a pdf of the 2005 owner's manual that I sent to Bill several weeks ago. Would you like a copy for your site?

Old Rv'er, My problem has been resolved. It ended up being the inverter. Thanks for the help.

Mike & Char- I have a paper copy but it takes a while to make it into electronic. Send it to me at mike at fleming dot cc (not dot com). Thanks

I've been scanning the manual's 8.5 x 11 pages separately as they are usually generic for "all models" for the year. Then scanning the 11x17 schematics together. That way if anybody needs to print, you can do so in full size with fair simplicity.

Alpine Tech Library Handy Hint.

If anyone is copying manuals or other text documents, you can use a fairly low resolution (like 100.) this will look fins on screen and in print, but will take less time to scan and produce a smaller file which will then download quicker.

Gary, you can send them to me, Renee has my address and it's also on the web site.
Let me know what category they belong in, (unless it's really obvious.)
For anyone who noticed the broken links, they're fixed now!

Linda

Now available on the ACA Tech Library you'll find 1998, 2003 & 2004 Owner's Manuals, as well as early model (c1998) cruise control manual w/troubleshooting, and some other parts documents as well. Coming soon are other Owner's Manuals not represented so far, which should give us a fairly complete set. Now if a dealer gets a coach on her lot without Owner's Docs, we have provided the source. Who says we need a factory?

Thanks to all who lent their documents. I walked away @ DRR8 with quite a pile. The balance should get posted over ~ the next 2 weeks. Thanks to Linda Cain , ACA web mistress, who is patiently assembling the files into a coherent and accessible format.

I would like to thank you for your dedication for putting together the Tech Library. It is truly a great source for the information we as Alpine owners need to keep our rigs going.

The Tech Library page has a link at the bottom for the web mistress. Be sure to name the PDF file in a usefully descriptive way (scan009785.pdf isn't indicative of what's inside; e.g. if its a repair manual, I'd suggest using the mfgr name followed by "Repair Manual" followed by publishing date if know, followed by ".pdf"), and let her know which category you think your submittal should appear under. If you don't have a decent pdf file but have paper docs, you may be able to do a pdf scan at a local Kinkos or you can PM me about snail mail and me doing it at my office.

Check out the Alpine Tech Library for some great new stuff.

For Vansco sufferers , there is a new PDF file under Chassis & Brakes with the pin-outs & input/output plug diagrams. This is a work in progress , but useful if you have a Vansco issue . The I/O diagram may be slightly different in your coach. This applies only to 2004 and later coaches with the Vansco Multiplexing Modules.

If you are interested in adding a good handrail to your entry steps, Al Heikka's handrail design is under Home Improvement.

There are several new things on the Tech Library pull downs:
1) Owner's Manuals are now as complete as I believe exist, with the exception of the 11x17 schematics for which we only have one coach type for each year. If you have a coach type not represented, please copy the 11x17 schematics and send them to me for scanning or scan them directly & email them.
2) If anybody knows the whereabouts of a 2009 manual, let me know. I haven't heard of anybody who has one, but have heard of several 09's that came without so maybe it only exists as a twinkle in the eyes of Monomoy.
3) 2002 now has two schematics files, and I think there are no duplicates in either. These schematics can be used for most of the early 2003 and earlier coaches.
4) there are several new files under Chassis & Brakes including two new Actia Gauge files, one of them is the "manual" insofar as such ever existed.
5) coming soon to House section near you will be the info on the 12v/110v LOK-OUT outlet of recent discussion, and the PowerGear closet slide apparatus of the early year coaches.

So check back w/the Tech Library from time to time when you have questions. And don't forget to thank Linda Cain for all her hard work and the interruptions to her life to process all out junque and get it posted to the Tech Library.

I have a 28" x 22" drawing from WRV of the 12V schematic for the front of the 1998 - 2000 Alpines. It shows everything up front on the inside of the CAB/CHASSIS connector. They sent it to me when I was troubleshooting my clearance lights. I'll scan it into a multi page 8 1/2" x 11" pdf that can be pieced back together.

The WRV Part Number is 7654_61395_01_P1 sheet 1 of 4. I would love to get my hands on the other three sheets.

Mike,

I have a 2009 "Owners Manual", complete with 11x17 schematics. I will scan it after we get home. I don't think I'll bother copying the warranty pages, unless we need it for the sake of a good laugh.

Is there any way of acquiring paint colors for 2009?
