If you put Ajax or Comet (something similar) around tires, jacks and hose/cables that should keep the ants out.

We had ants several years ago, and a fellow RV'er recommended "Terro". This worked very well. sold on Amazon.

When I was on the Gulf Coast I picked up some ants (large black) and they had started building a nest in one of my compartments. (I don't know where they were finding all the material to build with) What I'm saying is that you may have an on board nest. See if you can find the source of the problem, inside or out. I have found 5% Sevin dust to be the best permanent killer.
Good luck.

I agree, Terro is what will end your ant problem. You can buy it at Lowes & Home Depot.

When it comes to killing ants in my SB home there is only one thing that worked for me Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade and you must use a
Dust Respirator Masks

Terro did not do the job.
