Well, I wanted to bid on the unit however my wife reminded we already have two RV's with motors and one fifth wheel. She said if we get another RV with a motor something will have to go. I was unable to determine what the something was so decided not to bid. Seemed like a good buy to me.

I am going out on a limb and say it did not come from the factory that way. Those batteries look like the ones they put into big heavy equipment, expensive and heavy. But that is just a guess.
