Does anyone know the brand name of the battery watering systems WRV installed on 2005 models. One of the caps has a broken nipple so I would like to replace it. I don't have any paper work on it.

Had one of mine break and WRV sent a replacement. Double check and see if you have the right float length, On my 05 the necks were to long and bottomed out always showing full. first time after I discovered 6 batteries took over 2 gal. of water.

I would beware of the factory watering system! Mine wasn't operating properly in spite of it appearing that it was. Bottom line- had to replace all six 1-year old house batteries at great expense. WRV politely said to take it up with the battery provider in spite of WRV's malfunctioning watering system being the reason for the failure. I ended up with 6 new Trojan T105's and I replaced the watering system with a Flow-Rite system at the recommendation of my mechanic. He said he has not had any problems with Flow-Rite. The negatives are that it is kind of expensive, and you can't open some caps to double-check without taking a few things apart, which means you have to trust the system.

Thanks for the info. They seem to be working properly because the cells on the down stream side of the broken nipple were low and the white indicator was down. I did come up with a sourc.Ph# 1 877 522 5431 WRV gave me a number that was no longer inservice.

I have a '03 38' FDTS. The original battery watering system was geared for the low (level) plates. The floats, however, hung up on the taller plates and always showed "full". (When the floats are at the top, they stop water from going into the battery.) When I decided to change my batteries, I found that all 6 were dry. Took over 4 gals of water to bring them up to do me for the two days I had to wait for my new batteries to come in.
I DID get the proper floats. Now everything works like it is supposed to. The battery fill systen CAN work if you tend to it it.
