We have the coach at home awaiting the Hydro Hot tech to do additional testing on the unit before we change the mixing valve. However, since I saw lots of bolts and nuts around which looked like they needed tighting I did them. Out of about 25 or so 9/16" nuts which are on the underside of all the storage compartments along the bulkhead edges, about 22 of them were loose. Some would not tighten up, because the head is spinning, and I believe these are bolts which hold the floor down, because I cannot access them from anywhere above that I'm aware. So I have added this little chore to my maintenance schedule, for annual checks. Thought all would want to know.

Guinn- your bolts are a different setup than Monty's due to basement design changes, but I'd suggest 25ft-lbs as a starting point (i.e. not herculean tight). You will be squishing the plywood that makes up the basement floor over tightening these bolts. Monty's have a foam sandwich assembly.

Monty- you might want to use LocTite one time, then forget them.
