For the manual retract method, the main slide (kitchen/couch slide w/two long rams thru the coach frame members) takes 2-3 big helpers pushing the slide in.
The smaller bedroom slides should be manageable w/less "horse" power.
The problematic slide is the patio side "chain" slide. That one needs lift to push the slide up to even w/the retract level of the slide. You can use a long timber, probably a 4x6 would do it, and some jacks to lift the slide. If your rig came w/the long acme jack screws and you know the install/actuate sequence that's the next step; if not then more manual horsepower.
