There's an old post regarding this from EngineerMike, but I'd like an update from someone. I just broke the round, glass lens on one of my halogen ceiling lights. These lights are the primary lighting source found throughout '07 and newer Alpines. Does anyone know if Camping World or elsewhere carries them?

Various RV suppliers handle these lens, maybe CW, almost any RV Parts place can get them. Purchase some 3M 08897 Dry Silcone Lubricant, put a little on a rag, wipe down the mounting part of the lens, it will never stick again.

While you are at it, change the hot halogen light bulbs to LED's and save ton of electricity and heat. Various places sell the bulbs, but Kustom Coach Works, Junction City, OR sold me mine, and gave me great price. Call them at 541-501-3371. Tell them Monty recommended them, he can get you the lens as well.

Just for fun we stopped at Northwest RV Supply on our way to the rally in Anacortes WA. They buy end runs, overstocks & obsolescent parts from RV manufacturers.
They had new lights for $15.95 (the large ones) and can ship them. They had the smaller ones also IIRC tho didn't note the price.

Bobby and Scott amazingcreationsrv.com also have a supply of the covers. We just got one from them a few weeks ago.
