Not sure, but I think the hitch is 5,000 lb. 500 lb. Tongue weight.
10k with 1000 lb. Hitch weight with load levelers.
Assuming you are using a trailer brake controler, I would also recomend single or, better yet, double sway control.

I pulled a 10k trailer (8k load) for years without any problems. Used load levelers and dual sway control brackets.
