Clark & Donna,
Does your new 07 by chance have all-wood floors? The coach I ordered and then could not purchase  , when my property did not sell as planned, is/was in Uhlmann's 07 inventory. I loved those floors. --sniff sniff--
It was all "teddy bear"'s fault.

I think it is the only one I've seen with all wood floors. Nice and easy to clean with two rambunctious dogs.

 The monicker I use for Ted III, or Ted the Curmudgeon, as some call him.
Hope you enjoy it. I loaded it with everything I could think of including the side cameras. Keep posting your travels-- at least I can enjoy the coach vicariously. Hmmmmm. I wonder if my sleeping bag-- with me in it-- would fit in one the smart beds?????

I'm really glad you added the side cameras. I've grown used to them on the Trek and yet I seldom see them on the Alpines. That surprised me.
Donna thanks you for the Splendide and I thank you for the tire monitor and the Silverleaf monitoring system.
We hope you can sell the property and order another one.

I thought the rainy season was the Summer in the desert.
I'll check with the Doc and see what he says, but I think with some of the post op rules he gave me that the first week I'll stick a little closer to home. Partly too, the million people that invade Quartzite for that week is a little more humanity than I enjoy. I rather meet up after to offroad and explore.

congratulations on your acquisition!
I am sure much time and planning... I to was surprised somewhat by the close proximity in cost between relatively new Alpines and new ones...but then again, it's all about timing and using all available communications at our disposal and knowing who is willing to REALLY deal.
Sounds like this is a good thing though that cost of relatively new and new Alpines are somewhat close....One thing though. All new RV's will need to have "adjustments".
Even a Newell needs corrections. With every company... it's just a matter of "How many"?
But you have a seriously good riding coach !!!
That is the Alpine Advantage...
Being a past Rv owner, I am sure you are already well aware about this.Since it is a 2007 I will not bother to advise you of a battery fill system error back in 2005/4?
I am sure by now that has been rectified...come to think they even sent out replacement "floats"...{eventually} long story but every Rv will have at least one quirk in it.... I mean nothing is ever going to be perfect....is it?..............??? hmmmmm...?

LMAO, now where have I heard that before, LMAO some more.
Can't you find a nice leftover 40' mid door ?
Went to pick up some RV antifreeze, dealer was trying to talk me into a Fleetwood Revolution. He had an 07 with an 06 Spartan chassis w/cat 400hp, mmmmm good setup.
