Cabinet Knobs

I am adding a cabinet to our '06 with Natural Cherry cabinets. I got a cabinet knob and hinges from WRV when I was there last month, but I didn't get the back plate/escutcheon for the knob, and they gave me the wrong hinges. Four days of calling and leaving messages with WRV parts has failed to elicit a response or callback.

So I found the hinge manufacturer (Youngdale) and order hinges quite easily. I have not been able to find a source for the cabinet knobs that will sell me less than a case - 250 knobs.

Does anyone know of a good source for the cabinet knobs (rope design, round, satin nickel with a backplate that also has the rope design)? Or does anybody have an extra knob they would sell me?

I can't help you too much, but I found some bathroom hardware that has the same rope design in satin nickel, but somewhat larger. I think it was their Mystic pattern. It was made by Baldwin. I was not looking for cabinet hardware, so I am not sure if they make something similar to what you are looking for. I found the bathroom hardware at the Home Depot Design Expo store.

Thanks for your replies. Tom, the knob in the first web link looks almost exactly like the one I need.

However, WRV called me this afternoon after my post and they are sending me a new knob and backplate. Apparently they ship together in one package and the one I received from WRV had only the know and not the backplate (package had been opened).

So I've now got a response from WRV and don't need to order one, but I'm saving this website in case mine doesn't arrive in time from WRV.
