Can any of you who have replaced the Charge Air Cooler on your coach give me a ballpark estimate of the price you paid for the cooler (primarily interested in cost of the parts; I know it's a 4-6 hour job to replace, since it's in front of the radiator, and I've done the radiator job recently.

Thanks; any input on price would be appreciated.

At Cummins Cal Pacific I was charged 12 hrs + $1400 this included testing old unit, trying to fix gasket and bolts; retesting. Then testing newly built replacement (failed) testing second unit then installing it. CAC cost $1542 from JB Radiator specialists. Read posting "Phoenix Rising".

Send a message via AIM to SDPilot
I got a quote of $1275 from Cummins Cal Pacific for a new CAC for my 1999 36 FDS (ISC330). Hope this helps.
