From what I've been told, the caliper recall was for the '98 and '99 year model coaches.

The Recall also included the 2000 model year Alpine. WRV changed to a fixed caliber for the 2001 and newer model years.

Actually, according to the letter issued by WRV, only some Coaches of '99, '00 and '01 vintage were included.

Unfortunately, my records are in PDF format and I'm not able to extract the information for printing here. However, I will be happy to E-mail a copy of the letter, which includes the VIN of the units involved, to anyone requiring it.

Mike may want to include it in the on-line data.

According to the NHTSA the '98 models were not included in the recall. Somewhat moot now that WRV are no longer there to fix the problem.

You can check this website to see if your coach has had any recalls.

Wasn't the recall, a Bosch recall?

In that case it could possibly still be valid.

Here is the list of units recalled. I have the papers to help identify the calipers too!

Didn't mean to one up you Bob , but figured if I posted it all would have it without having to ask.

I believe the recalls are still valid.
WRV was only a Distributor/Dealer,OEM/Customer.

Bosche was the manufacturer and they're still in business. Same with Dometic.

Thank you for the comments on the pictures. If you look at the photo gallery, Cruzer has some awesome pictures too!

At the track we ran 10.9 and 124. Oopps that was the old motorcycle I had. IIRC we ran around 64mph, guessing 24 seconds? But it was as much fun as if we were running an 8 second quarter
