Mine is a 2004 alpine ltd. I was told by an Rv dealer that you can't mount a ladder on this coach. Is that true...does anyone know?

thanks

I had on put on my 2001 in 2005. Seems to be just fine - I use it quite often.

Who mounted it for you..? ...and how much do you weigh, or what's the most weight it's had on it?

I understand that in 2005 WRV started reinforcing the rear that a ladder may be mounted. Prior to that, you will have to reinforce the cap or as many have done, get an free standing collapsible ladder.

If you look inside the engine compartment and look up on the passenger's side you will see the blocking (if it is there) it looks like 2x4's with fiberglass covering them . If you can't see blocking you do not have it .
