Got a call from a shop in Pennsylvania this a.m. Late model coach has 22k on the clock:
The crack is in the fold of the steel just left of the upper huck bolt. This is the youngest crack I've heard of so far. Interestingly, the steer gear bracket was missing the internal welds:

Frame parts were not holding paint well, lots of rust, adding credence to the theory that corrosion exacerbates the fatigue crack propagation.
