Looking for input about pros and cons of the Centrifugal Force wheel balancers. And the approximate prices of what you have found.

Hello & welcome Wilsons:

I put on Balance Master Balancers about three years ago on the Alpine and before I drove mile I could feel the difference. I purchased them at the Flying J in Ehrenberg, AZ. They were having a special you purchase them at the regular price about $460.00 with free installation. I personally like them, they perform like advertised.

The two manufactures are CentraMatic and Balance Masters

Hi Wilsons:
I put the CentraMatics on at Homecoming last September along with 6 new Goodyear G670 tires. The ride was so much better that my wife started reading rather than "helping" me drive. Money very well spent.

I installed CentraMatics years ago. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. One of the best investment you can make in you coach. I got mine from a truck tire shop in Phoenix, cost around $375.

Thanks so much for the information, now this gives us place to start looking for the brands of wheel balancers, and who to contact to find them.
This forum is a great place to learn. Wasn't it a Wonderful Pre-Rally in Agungua? Gale 'done' good! FMCA was kinda a blur...but fun. Purchasing a new 36MDDS made for an exciting time. Great to have all the WRV Staff available for questions and help, without Guaranty RV things wouldn't happen as well as they did.
Thanks to all for the ACA staff also.
If you haven't been to a Rally, you need to check one out.

Ed and Dale.......Congrats on your new 36MDDS . We put on CentraMatics about 6 months ago and are extremly happy with them. Our cost also was around $375 installed.

Nobody mentioned tire mileage! I had centramatics on my '98 36' FD since I bought it new. Replaced 2 front tires at 75,000 miles and the four rears at 101,000 miles. I also weigh often and inflate according to Toyo tire chart. That meant 85lbs in front and 75lbs in rear. Don't do this unless you actually weigh each wheel position on YOUR coach. (Note: just bought 2004 36MDDS, haven't weighed it yet but soon heading to Henderson's in Grants Pass, OR)...Anybody looking for a lovingly used '98???
