charge Air Cooler

Just had mine checked and leaking like a sieve. anyone knows about a unit other than Radiator specialties?

If it only leaks around the gasket, that is repairable w/a new gasket (I assume you have an 07 or earlier coach; the ULSD CAC's are different and all welded and/or soldered).

For the welded and/or soldered CAC I was able to get Duralite in Calgary to make one.

I need to replace the CAC on my 99 MDS--does Duralite have the specs for our unit or did you have to send the old one to them? How long did it take to get? Will appreciate your help. Thanks. Wes Wilson

Dura-lite part# for the CAC on my 99 sds is--- monac-260e--- the date on thedrawing that they have is 08/22/07 and the price I paid was $1550. + freight. Hope this helps.
