We have a reimbursment issue with our dealer due to misdiagnosing a problem. I wrote a letter explaining all our issues. Sent carbon copies to Mike, Rex, Mark in WRV and to sev. at La Mesa in Tampa. Immediately got a call from Mike to discuss problems. Then Rex called on Monday to say they would give us an hour of labor. I explained I did not expect WRV to reimburse us; it was really the fault of La Mesa. I just wanted WRV to be aware of our problem. After hanging up the phone, I thought that I guess it seemed dumb to refuse money; but right was right. Well, to my surprise today, a check arrived in the mail from Rex at WRV to reimburse us anyway.

I guess one could certainly say at this point that we are impressed with the response from WRV. I had turned down the offer, and they sent the money anyway. I wonder if that EVER happens with any othr manufacturer!

For all the issues and problems we have had with our coach, WRV has been more than outstanding and upfront with every problem we have encountered. I never appreciated the downtime but there was not muct WRV could do about that. I have never dealt with a company that has been more responsive to every problem that we have had.

I too got a call from WRV last week but it was for reimbursement of work performed & equipment installed @ factory last fall. They credited our CC with a significant amount to reimburse us due to their error in billing a estimated figure instead of actual cost.
Thank you Katlin!

I have to echo Ted & Carol. WRV has been more than fair with us with our first coach and now with our new one. They have provided service, tech support and a great product!

I, too, want to say something about WRV that is positive rather than my usual complaints. I am currently at the factory; limped in with a the rear of the back slide flipped open - quite a sight for other drivers!! I had an appointment with several other items and Josh was cool. He said that it looked bad but not too much of a problem to fix. (I am going to learn more about the workings of the slide before I leave.) They have been responsive to my problems and got most of them completed in one day.
