Not sure about your '04 but on my '07 with the Vansco, just turn off the starter battery switch to kill the Vansco and when you turn it back on, the power outlet should work. There is no fuse.

Not your ignition switch but your master shut off switch back by the batteries.

Mule Skinner,

Our cig lighter has a fuse in the black box behind and above the house batteries. The 'black box' is about 12" by 12" and maybe 2 or 3 inches deep. This fuse controlled our cig lighter outlet right by your right knee when in the drivers seat.

This fuse also controls the signal from the Cummins computer. In other words, the Cummins tech couldn't get Cummins computer info until he replaced that fuse.

I did phone WRV when this happened and they told me to turn off the main switch to reset the Vansco but that was not the answer for my rig.

Cheers!
