Check the
Brake Failure thread here on the iRV2 Alpine forum.
Also check the routing of the turbo-to-intercooler line to make sure it isn't rubbing; mine was an earlyish one and after I noted the issue for Mark Frampton he redesigned the tubing diagram and replaced mine entirely. Likewise the exhaust cross-under (this was new for the ULSD engines) may be mounted to rub on the bell housing; this can be adjusted. Have the tech's open the junction box above the generator and the transfer switch to verify the wire strip lengths were proper and not terminating w/insulation smashed in the terminal to overheat & cause problems. Have them point out the Vehicle Data Computer, then let me know cuz I can't find mine.
And the front & rear roof seam seals are probably shot. They started using some type of caulk that dried & cracked right away for the end caps and the coax entry. Check all roof sealing including returns down into the painted area. Check the rooftop shower skylight closely; mine is faded & cracked & looks like they may have used one from inventory.
