ACA & ATC Members,
I have enjoyed meeting many of you and am somewhat overwhelmed with the family bond that you have formed as members of ACA and ATC. Truly, our innovation is inspired by your journey. I believe that Western RV has a renewed philosophy in place to continue that tradition for many years to come.
Due to an unexpected personal issue, I will not be able to re-locate my family to Yakima at this time. In order to provide the leadership necessary to build great customer service, the Director of Customer Service must be in Yakima full time. I hope that all of you will continue to support our momentum going forward and help support the company objectives (re-build the brand, rebuild the dealer network, and launch new products) to make Western RV the premium RV of choice.
