We are trying to find replacements for our blue paper vacuum bags in our CV950 central vac. The only bags we have been able to find say CV950 on them, but they are made of white fiber rather than blue paper, they are a different size, and they don't fit on the connector but half way. They appear to be for a CV950/LE. Poking around the web I was not able to find, for sure, the blue paper bags I need. Has anyone found where to get the blue paper replacement bags?

I found them at CW as well. The above link gives a hint as to why you can't find the blue bags. The Dirt Devil bags are "NEW and IMPROVED", cloth instead of paper.

We tried the "new and improved" bags. The material is so heavy that there is almost no suction coming thru the hose. Also, the bag only fits halfway down the connection. When we emptied the old bag and put it back on, the system worked fine. Guess we need to find some other bags.

Unfortunately "new and improved" often means "cheaper to manufacture", not better.

Well, I'll be darned! We are just now having the same problem as gator67. The new bags are MUCH better quality, but the suction is now nil. I thought the vacuum was just dying......
Sign me up for some newer, new bags.
I also bought mine at CW.
