Dash warning Beep

For many months now after the coach has been stored for a week or two(plugged in), right after starting the coach there was a beep alarm from the dash every 6-8 seconds or so. I never could figure out what it was. Since it went away after a minute or two I never worried about it.
A few days ago I realized that the voltage reading on the dash was changing from 11.5V to 13.7V in unison with the beep. As soon as the reading settled down to reading 13.7V the beeping stopped.
Just curious, has anyone else had this experience? Is this something to be concerned about?

Jerry, I have observed the same issue. It is something to be aware of. I suspect what we are seeing is the Vansco cycling the charging solenoid between house and chassis batteries. Might be a good idea to charge the house batteries for a bit prior to starting out for the day.

Hi Jerry, The beep comes from a drop in engine battery voltage to 11.x as the air intake heaters kick in. It is only momentary so difficult to see with a voltmeter; but if you have a Silverleaf you can see it on the time graph as it scrolls by. It appears that once the engine compartment, turbo, etc. are warmed up the heaters are no longer needed. You should hear more beeps on a colder day than on a warmer...but an occasional beep can even heard on hot days. Matt
