On my 2005 40FDTS, I have no airflow from the vents (top or bottom) in the dash. I can hear the fan running, but no airflow. The vents are open, I looked under the dash and the ducts appear to be connected. There are a number of colored tubes running from the back of the controls to the box on the front wall that I suspect holds the fan and the vent door and AC condenser. Is this a vacuum controled system?
Thanks.

htg3,

This is a vacuum controlled system and the vacuum is supplied by a electric vacuum pump mounted on the outside front of the dash. You should be able to hear the pump run when you first turn the system on.
