Dead Battery

Came home the other day and tried to put the front power shades down but I had no 12v power. I turned the key to the on position but nothing happened. I then pushed the battery boost and then tried again and I had power. I started the coach and let it run for about ten minutes. I let the coach sit for a while and then tried to start the coach again but when I turned the key on their was nothing. The coach is plugged into shore power. Any ideas?

Sounds like no charging at the engine batteries. Ten minutes running the engine is not enough to recharge it. If you have an Echo Charger (some Vansco coaches have added it), the inline fuse is probably bad. It is near the batteries (glass fuse). More likely it is the oft defective solenoid, as described in multiple, multiple threads. It allows the charger on you inverter to charge the engine batteries after the house batteries are full, (just like an Echo Charger). Search for Fatboy or Trombetta. You'll get lots of hits.
