Dinette Procedure

I have a 2001 38 FDDS. I have never had the need to fold the dinette into a bed until this past weekend. After getting my a** kicked by this thing for an hour I finally gave up. If anybody knows the procedure for this I would love to know. It almost seems like i might be missing parts to perform this operation.

We have a 2002 38 FDDS with the dinette. Although the table brakes down flat WRV never designed this dinette as a sleeping area. It would be possible to add wood cleats to hold the table top in position and then you would need to find a way to position the cushions for sleeping or add cushions where needed.

If you have the couch, either it lifts from the bottom and you pull that out, or there is a lever in the middle and you push that to the left, which allowes the couch to lift up and be pulled out into a bed.

MH=Drinks for 6 - Food for 4 - Sleeps 2.

This is for the bench dinette with table, not the couch.

If it's a bench dinnette the normal procedure, which may vary from model to model, is to lift the "Free" end (End not attached to the wall) and fold the leg up under it, You may have to look under to see how to do this.

Then lower the free end, disengaging the wall hooks, and swing it down on the pivots. Job done.
