Dipstick Handle

We have a 2004 400 hp Cummings and the handle on the engine oil dipstick is broken. The MFG is Moeller Prod. CO Inc, however, I am unable to find them on the web. Their web-site is down, which could mean they are out of business. Need some help finding a replacement.

When mine broke, I used some Permatex 84115 PermaPoxy 5 Minute Plastic Weld material on it and it has lasted for over a year now. I'm careful not to put too much torque on it when I twist it to its closed position but it seems pretty secure. May be worth a try.

Look back though previous posts as you are not the first to have this problem.

Moeller is still in business, and at last check the website works. I sent them an e-mail about my broken one, they wanted pictures, have not heard the results of that communication yet. Try again. Here is the link: AutomotiveOEM.comô - Contact Us Page - that should work. If not PM me, and I will send you an e-mail address that works. Don't check e-mail every day, slow internet, so give me a few days to get back to you.
