Rick,
First turn on the Kingdome and find the Satellite
Switch to input 5 on the Aquos. Turn on the direct TV receiver; you should get a DTV picture. Tune the DTV receiver to channel 100 to verify you are connected. Call DTV and set up an account you will need the card ID and receiver serial number. Most DTV receivers display this info when a system test is run. The Kenwood receiver needs to be on video 1 to provide audio.
WRV typically connects the Aquos to the DTV receiver using a DVI cable from the receiver to the Aquos (this is accessed on input 5).
To receive east and west coast networks ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX you need to fill out a DNS form and send a copy of your registration to DTV.

Quote from DTV web site "Before we can add DNS to your service, federal law requires that you send us the following information:
"¢ Photocopy of your vehicle registration.
"¢ This Mobile Vehicle Affidavit Declaration of Intent form (please print and complete).
"¢ Photocopy of commercial driver's license (if you're requesting service for a commercial vehicle such as a tractor trailer). "
Hope this gets you started.
