Display Ads in Posts

Is anybody besides me totally offended by the new "display ads" in the middle of the text box on posts? Between the posts would would be acceptable, but right in the middle of the text box is really offensive. What think ye?

If you add AdBlock or the like to your browser you won't see any ads, signed in or not. On this page right now, AdBlock prevented 16 ads from loading and displaying. I became an iRV2 supporter because I felt bad.

This has been raised on other forums. The answer is to use a web browser that has ad blocking as Bob says. I use Firefox with Adblock+.

I'm also using Firefox with Adblock+. I would say it helps, but doesn't eliminate the problem.

The ads are a pain.

Don't know why you see any ads. I don't. Have you set Firefox to prevent popups?

That'll happen if you're not logged in.
