Should be 2 small latches, one on each side, bottom -- Turn 90 degrees with finger, or screw driver -- This will release the latches -- Be careful & not put to much pressure when you turn, you`re dealing with plastic -- Good luck -- Bill Willard

HF, you should have an owners manual on the frig and it should have a basic check list for trouble shooting. Beyond the basic, you will need to get it to a service center.

Are you trying to cool on gas or electric? Do you have a volt-ohmmeter?

Ken
