Drive Belt for '03 ISC

Does anybody have a brand and part number for the serpentine drive belt for the '03 Cummins ISC in the Alpine Coach? I know I can take it to a parts house and have them measure it, but it would simplify my search if I had a brand and part number. Thanks much for any help you can provide.

Do you have the owners manual? My manual showed a part number for the serpentine belt. When I removed the old belt last week, I found it was a Cummins branded belt with a different part number.

I checked both part numbers online and found that both cross referenced to the same NAPA replacement part number. Our local NAPA had it in stock. I brought the old belt with me to verify and the NAPA part was correct. BTW, The NAPA branded belt is made in the USA by Gates.

Mine is an ISL and may not be correct for an ISC, but the NAPA part number for mine was 25-080680. I also replace the A/C compressor belt at the same time with NAPA Fleetrunner green stripe P/N 25-9476HD.

You can get a Gates number on their parts interchange page, which, just for fun, translated the Cummins part# above to a 68" belt (vs the 64.5" belt stated for Dayco). So IIWMI'd take the old belt off & measure, just to assure correct replacement.

68" seems correct for the ISL but I thought the ISC used the same belt as the "C" engine which is 64.5". As Mike says the best way is to measure the one you have. The advantage of the Dayco and Gates (NAPA) belts are that the last 3 digits actually tell you how long the belt is.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like the safest way is to remove the belt and measure it. And, no, my owner's manual doesn't list any part numbers for the drive belts.

Thanks again.

In a stack of stuff I received gratis when Cummins Northwest was cleaning out WRV stuff, were 5 or 6 "2005" serpentine belts, with at least 3 part#'s.

The main engine belt for the ISC 330 called for Cummings part number 391581, but Cummings says the new part number is 3289235. This per the engine serial number from Cummings.

The best way to get the correct part number is to call a cummins parts house with the serial number of your engine, They will look on the computer and find the part number from your build sheet.

Thanks WildeBill and everybody. I resolved the issue by removing the drive belt and measuring it. Just FYI, the serpentine drive belt is 8 rib by 68" long. The one I purchased and installed was a Good Year Part #480680.
