I just finished installing a dual LNB on my 2000 Alpine manual satellite dish. I was planning to use the two coaxes that are already there by placing a dual diplexer and combing two satellite feeds with the off-air antenna. The satellite feed I have connected to the old off-air coax will not work. I have a suspicion that the RG-59 connected to the off-air does not make a direct home run to the amplifier but connects to the catv jack in the utility bay.
I plan to call Max at WRV on Monday. I the mean time I was wondering if anyone has tried this before?
