You may not have one. Mine didn't have one so I installed it myself in the cabinet where the circuit breakers are. I believe some are installed in the cabinet where the inverter/charger is.

On our 2000 Alpine, the Echo Charger is located in the compartment in the bedroom where the inverter was. When we were in Colorado Springs we had the inverter moved to the big storage bay where we have easy access to the unit. They installed a junction box in the compartment where the inverter was and ran cable from there to the storage bay. A very neat installation. However the Echo Charger was left in the original location.

I believe your 2000 was almost the same as our 1999. If so, pull out the louvered panel (it just snaps out) below the large closet to the left of the rear TV. The Echo-Charger might be there.
