Can anyone tell me how to unplug or shut off the fridge on 06 Alpine? Thanks!

Assuming it is a residental refrigerator, there should be a dedicated 15A circuit breaker in your load center or inverter sub panel marked "Refrigerator" If so, shut if off. Also, if you open up the basement door outside below the refrigerator (one w/o struts), you should find the 120V outlet the refrigerator is plugged into.

Assuming Residential Refer in this comment. First on the passenger side in the access bay for plumbing, tanks, stuff, I believe one door aft of directly under the refer, there is a receptable marked "REFRIGATOR ONLY".
In the breaker panel, turn off breaker REFRIGATOR, that should kill it. Before you do that, you should turn it off inside the unit, the front panel lights will still burn (assuming you have water, ice, that stuff).
