Electric step inop

The electric step on my 2006 40 ft Alpine will not retract. A visual inpection show that all wires are hooked up. Any ideas?

When my step does that, I cycle both the chassis and the house disconnect switches to "off", wait about 30 seconds, and cycle back to "on". Recyling the switches resets the Vanscos (like circuit breakers) and that solves the problem. That's probably all you need to do.
