I have had similar problems, I found a loose connection in the wiring harness attached to the switches. Look for a bad connection in that harness.

On my rig there are 4ea 3 amp fuses in a block located to the right of the driver's right knee. See if one is burnt out, & regardless pull them all & reseat just for assurance of full contact.
