Did you reset the Emergency brake? The HWH system requires it to be set. . I hope you have everything working by now.

Coach Net guy jerry rigged a wire to the solenoid which opened the valve. It sounded like a beer can opening. Once the valve was open, we actually pushed the slide back in. 2 other campers stopped by and helped. I then took winch strap and connected to slide and winched tight to ensure it stays closed.

He had a light tester and could see power going to pump but nothing happening after that. This is why he suggested a pump motor.

Hopefully, this and the front A/C fan motor going out Saturday night will be the last repairs for a while. We love her, but ......you know.

Such is life buying a 14 year old luxury coach.

We are still glad to have her.

Thanks again.

The beer can opening was the pressure you placed on the slide trying to winch it in.

If you have power to pump, but it is not running, sure sounds like a pump motor to me.

I hope all is fixed!

Lighting a test light isn't sufficient evidence that the pump is bad; if the solenoid feeding the pump has corroded contacts the proper amps won't pass.
Also, some pumps have two studs- 12V and Gnd. The Gnd stud needs to be Gnd in order to complete the circuit, and there have been issues w/isolators in the stud build up not allowing proper contact; fix for that is take out the plastic isolators & replace w/flat washers. You have to disassemble the motor to some extent to check that out if the Gnd stud doesn't read Gnd.

right on Eng. Mike... back in the day, when my Ford wouldn't crank, one of the first things I would check was the starter solenoid, usually mounted on the fender. If it would click but no starter, I would jump it. If I got starter, I knew "bad solenoid". But being poor, instead of buying a new one, I would disassemble the sol. and turn the big flat washer over and voila! new starter solenoid. So, even if you get "click" on the pump solenoid, that doesn't mean it is passing juice. Dud DoRight

Repairs complete-

A/C= Bad Capacitor

Hydraulics= Pump Motor was removed and sent off to be rebuilt as HWH won't sell just that motor, but wants you to buy the whole assembly!
Rebuilt motor was installed and LR Slide, Jacks and Gen slide all work great.

Parts $245.00
Labor $$$$ that's another story. (I need to learn how to do this myself)

Thank you all for your suggestions and replies.
