Hello All,

Anyone who has a Phoenix extended warranty, my dealer has informed me they WILL NOT cover the coach under their contract because WRV has gone out of business. My dealer is/has worked out a solution to use USA Travel Club, who will cover the coach even though there is no manufacturer left. There will be an exclusion in the contract.

I am supposed to sign the cancellation on Saturday, and also sign the new Application then as well, they said no money loss toward me, and so it will be a straight transfer to a new company. I did an internet search on USA Travel Club, and if the hits came up correct there is some negative feedback out there - again, if I did the correct search.

Please if you have USA Travel Club - please post any experiences you have. I will also search here for that company. TYIA.

old Rv'er,
the Extended Warranty is "USA Travel Care". NOT USA Travel Club? USA Travel Care has been in business for over 21 years & a Family owned Company.

Here is a link I came up with. The name I mentioned is wrong, but those two hits I mentioned were for the corrected name and they still popped up.

Did a search on American Guardian (USA Travel Care) and they don't do so well. Please let me know of any personal experiance concerning this Company. We are supposed to sign papers on Saturday changing us to this company, but believe We should just keep our money, and take our chances on individual ext warranties on the components themselves. Opinions please.
