I have also E-mailed ACC and am waiting for a reply.
So far, I've received the following:
Good Sam CSP:
A. $1,078.18/year. Price locked in for 3 years (no mileage reference).
B. Payable either by the year, Quarterly or Monthly installments.
C. Excludes Radiator.
D. No money back guarantee.
Warranty Experts:
A. $2.715.00 for 3 year/30,000 miles.
B. $3,299.00 for 4 year 48,000 miles.
C. Radiator not specifically excluded in quote (policy may state otherwise).
D. Money back guarantee if claim is not made during life of policy.
E. I've asked if there are payment options as with Good Sam CSP.
Now for the question:
Does anybody here have claim experience with these companies?
If so, what was it (please be specific).
Thank you in advance.

Soo far, only Good Sam and Warranty Experts (Jason) have responded to my queries.
Since then I have asked very pointed questions, which Warranty Experts (Jason) has responded to in short order.
As Good Sam has too many exclusions of high-dollar items, they've been relegated to #2 position.
As ACC has not responded to any of my repeated queries regarding the purchase of a policy, the pragmatist in me assumes their response/willingness to pay a claim would only be worse.
Again; has anybody here had reason to submit a claim to an extended warranty provider? If so, what was the experience with payment of the claim?

I know a lot of you have been waiting for my experience with ACC. So let me tell you a little story which began at QZ this year. We were looking for a company that would cover radiators and lo and behold there was the ACC booth. We talked to them at length and became sold on there coverage and price. We were up at camp WRV when the news hit that we could now join the ranks of those who had bad radiators. So we and WRV called and had a very difficult time getting anybody. Finally did and ACC said that WRV had to do a coach check sheet prior to anything happening. Then I get a call stating that they are refunding my money that I paid for the policy. When asked why she said because I did not have a check sheet in my file and "Florida law does not permit coverage with out it." My policy was cancelled. Both Dave (WRV) and I were under the impression from conversation that If we re-upped our policy that the radiator would then be covered. I had this nagging thing in the back of my head that was bothering me and Cathy said "Have they actually said that they would cover it?" The answer was no so I get a call back from them today and I asked point blank, "Are you going to cover this radiator?" "Well we can't because you did not have coverage then"
So the moral of this story is if this were the last company on earth I think I would pay for repairs out of pocket. I hope everyone in the world reads this especially if they are looking at buying extended warranty service. As you folks know I do not write much of anything negative, but when I have to sit down for over an hour to let my blood pressure settle its time to speak up. If any of you have ACC and you do not have this 2 page check list I would call them yesterday to find out if you really have coverage or not.
So I think you can take ACC off you list.

Fuming Lyle,
Thank you for the insight.
I am not pleased and sorry for you that they basically "Screwed" you out of the coverage you paid for. That is bad business and, in my mind, amoral.
I will recount your experience should I be called upon to do so. To anyone, anytime.
I believe this should be archived.

Lyle,
I am new to this forum and not known by anyone here for my non-nonsense approach to things. So I won't talk about it, I'll simply include the message I just sent to ACC regarding my previous queries for information.
Sent to ACC:
I have recently heard of an instance you re-negged on payment for a warranty claim under the smokesreen of a technicality you made noone aware of until after the fact.
Furthermore, your lack of response to my queries have been a tacit statement regarding how you do business.
Consequently, do not reply to my previous queries and be assured I will forward this information on to all in my not inconsiderable RV address book and participating forums.

Thanks Bob, how do you get it archived?
This does not just affect WRVers.

Don't know Lyle.
Perhaps 1 of the Moderators can provide an answer.
You're right, this is not a trap anybody else should be allowed to fall in.

OK.
It's official.
ACC has declined to offer a policy for my Coach.
Seems pretty selective for a company gaining a bad reputation.
I wonder of my last E-mail to them had anything to do with it.
