I am trying to find a replacement fitting that holds the ice maker shut-off. The current plastic water line fitting is leaking. It is a normal water fitting with two female ends a 1/4 inch threaded tee in the middle which the ice maker shut-off is screwed into. Have looked in Lowes and Home Depot without sucess.
Any help will be appreciated.

1) take a photo of the fitting
2) show the photo to the guy (or gal) at the best hardware store, plumbing supply place or true non-big-box appliance shop in your area.
They'll have it. I suspect they have a suitable replacement at HD and Lowes, but sometimes these auxiliary "kit" gizmos are stored in unobvious places.

Have had good luck at the NAPA stores when I arrive with the old part.

I got mine at Home Depot. It is sold either as a kit with hose and connectors or individually in the plumbing section that has all the little white drawers for of odd but interesting brass parts.

I took E-Mike's suggestion and took a picture on my cell phone of the tee and went to Home Depot again and left empty handed. Went to Ace Hardware and there it was and its called Ice Maker Tee, simple enough. Thanks for the replies.
