FMCA Northeast rally

I'm spending time in Burlington, VT but they are kicking me out of the park due to previous reservations over the 4th weekend. So signed up for the FMCA rally in nearby Essex Jct. Just wondering if any other Alpiners are going.

We have been to the Essex rally several times and never had a bad time. Even in the rain. Even when the boat trip was canceled. Hats off to all of the volunteers.

HOWEVER, A word of caution. Last year there was a serious power issue and several people received bad power from the network set up at the fairgrounds.
For your own sake, make sure you have an electrical mangement system on board to monitor your shore line.
I believe FMCA officials could confirm this as they were involved at several sites of investigation. Maybe corrections have been made,(?)
Personally I would make reservation up the road and drive in with a day pass.
