Received an email from WRV and a phone call right after 8 am today (Monday). Leslie had the HWH rep call asap. They determined the motor is out and are sending a replacement next day air to this RV Camp. We should be able to replace it ourselves. That is the kind of Service you want isn't it. Keep your fingers crossed that the motor is the problem.

If you can't move w/slides out & need to, try:
Erikson Aircrane
for a lift. And of course, post the pictures!

Might ask WRV if there is a way to retract the slide using a ratchet-strap or come-along from underneath when on an adverse side slope. Ratchet straps are cheap & available @ most car parts stores, Kmart... & can put a decent tension in the strap. You'd need to know where to hook ea. end (maybe use 2 or 3 of the buggers) so you didn't distort the slide/hardware.

If I had a lever, and a place to stand...
