Just a short note to inform all of a great service facility.

Our Coach was stumbling under load and I decided it was probably the fuel filter (which looked like it had never been replaced). After calling Cummins Northeast and telling them where we were, they directed us to Freightliner of Maine in Bangor, which we immediately called. They gave us directions and told us to bring it in.

Getting to it right away, they did a diagnostic check and confirmed it was most likely the filter (Silverleaf also indicated such in the diagnostic section's fault codes).

2 hours later we were running great and on our way with a new fuel filter and a new Coolant filter/conditioner canister.

All told, the bill was $110.00.

Simply a great bunch of people and I recommend them highly.

Hi Ron,

Other than being in Bangor about a mile off I-95, I have nothing. But, their phone number is (800) 432-7936.

Again, a good reference for them.

Bob & Peg,
Just for my own resource library, how do you pronounce RMMPE?

Hey OC,

RMMPE is simply my initials with the P. E. at the end.

You can pronounce it any way you like but many people just say RUMPY.
