HWH fuses are in a variety of places based on model year--including under the dash behind the panel in front of the passenger seat. You might also try checking the connections between the wire loom and the panel itself. Sometimes these connections come loose.

I'm betting Scout has it correct, the connector to the touch pad has wiggled loose from the drawer being operated enough while there is friction on the cable. Remove the side panel (velcro in most cases) and re-attach.

All the fuses for the 05 SB in the 625 control panel in the hydraulic pump compartment.

FWIW ... my '03 has small relays and fuses on the panel in front of the PS chair. The relays enable the HWH control panel based upon ignition key being in "Accessory" or "Run" position. Yours might be different but IIWMI'd check that panel before replacing the board.
