Generator transfer box not working

Our generator in our 2005 Alpine is working but not putting 110 into the coach. Batteries were checked.
Generator makes 110 current just not going to the coach.
Anybody have any ideas?

First, turn off and back on the two breakers on the generator itself.

If that is not it, either wiring from generator to coach and coach to ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) has an issue such as loose connection, OR

The ATS has failed.

IF, repeat IF you are safe working around 120 VAC, and the breaker reset did not do the trick, with shore power disconnected, generator off, remove the lid to the ATS.

Start the generator. You have two groups of wires into the ATS (one from shore power, one from generator and one out (to 120 VAC main breaker box). Check for power between the red and white and then the black and white. With generator running, one of the two groups should show 120 VAC between red/white and black/white.

If you do have 120 VAC into the ATS, but not out, the ATS has failed.
If no 120 VAC on either "in" side, check wiring from generator to ATS. With the generator on a slide, start checking where the wire exits the generator and connects into the wires in the coach that go to the ATS.

Loose wire nuts in the junction box on the ceiling above the genset can be an issue but need to assess the power in/power out for the auto transfer switch first.....

WRV is infamous for problems (wrong size wire nuts) in the junction box mounted on the ceiling (bottom side of the floor) about halfway back in the generator opening. If you have no power at the transfer switch check the j box next. Again remove all power before removing any covers, safety first.
