We left Northern California Sunday 6/29 headed for the Hinckley, MN ACA rally. As I loaded things in the storage bay I noticed a wet area below the water pump. It was Sunday - with nothing open and time to go - so we went.

When we stopped at an Elko, NV RV park and connected the water hose I (fortunately) opened the bay and was able to watch water gushing from the bottom of the coach water pump. I tried to use the water in the tanks with the same result; as soon as I turned on the pump the bay was flooded.

Monday AM I'm on the phone to Jim at Shureflo who informed me the pump was still under the three warranty BUT they were one week out on having a replacement pump! (This is the factory!)

I hit the internet and listed every Sureflo dealer along the next three states along our path to Hinckley.

The ONLY place that had a pump in stock was Pierce RV in Billings, MT. From the moment Starla answered the phone until Pam got us on the way they were the MOST professional and friendly RV service facility we have ever used!

Pierce RV is on the West end of Billings, off exit 443. Their phone number is 406-252-9313. They have a beautiful, clean, easy to find and well stocked sales and service facility.

They have about ten service bays, a nice RV accessory department, parking with electric & water hookups for service customers.

We were in and out in near record time and were serviced by some of the friendliest people you will ever find. They took my old pump to return to Shureflo and handed me a brand new pump - without one dollar paid! They even took care of the cost of shipping back to Sureflo!

Carroll and I recommend them highly!
