We just recently returned from Oregon where Guaranty finished up fixing the final things that were not right with our Apex when we picked it up at the factory 16 months ago. All of our work was done at Guaranty in Junction City. Mark Burbee was our Service Writer and Lindsey H. facilitated things for us when we would hit a glitch. We were VERY pleased with the workmanship and efforts of Guaranty's technician - Keith.

WRV did everything they said they would do. We are extremely happy with our Apex and think it is a shame that WRV has discontinued building them. We want to especially say "Thank You" to Dave Kamppi at WRV who worked hard at getting things approved and work done in a timely manner. Whenever we had hangups it, was not because of Dave but someone else at WRV that did not do their job.

"Guaranty/WRV Came through for us ... Hats off to both!Guaranty does not just sell you a coach - They GUARANTY it will be right!"
