I am looking for the 1 1/2" wide 5/16" thick one sided butyl rubber tape that is used on the Alpine Coach Hatch Doors and Generator slide. Several years ago at the factory they changed the top piece on the generator slide to a grooved design. Either will work but I would really like to find the grooved type. Any help on a supplier would be appritiated.

I am going to assume you are talking about the weather-stripping on the fiberglass portion of the front cap, where the generator closes on. My guess is you can get something close at Lowe's or Home Depot. It's just weather-stripping after all.
