Heat pump control box, thermostat

I am trying to track down a lack of zone 1 gas heat, HH. No heat in front zone from the HH. The HH board works fine. So the problem is pushed back to the control box or thermostat. I believe the signal comes from the thermostat through the zone 1 control box (front AC) to the HH. Connections seem tight at connection to HH, at thermo, and at control box. I have yet to probe the circuits at the control box. Has anyone had to replace a control box or their thermostat?

Ed, we had to replace our thermostat. The new one, RV Comfort.ZC (for the Coleman AC roof units) is now misbehaving on zone 2. Have you tried to reset the thermostat in your rig? Do you have Dometic or Coleman Mach A/C units?

Thank you Todd. We have the Coleman Mach AC. I was wondering if I should try to reprogram the thermostat for zone 1?
All I have determined at the control box is that the connection, +12VDC, I get 12.66v with the electric switch on, turn on zone 2 gas only, I get 12.60v, and turn on zone 1 gas only, I get 13.51v. Why do I get the extra 1volt with the zone 1 gas turned on, (over zone 2)?
