Question heat registers

Has anyone had trouble with the heat register fans running when drivers side slide is retracted? 40 fdqs 06 prospector&gold dust.

Assuming you have Hydro Hot and are taking about the fans in the slide out! The power for the fans run from the house to the slide along with the plumbing and all of the other wires for the slide. If you remove the lower drawer at the rear of the slide, you should be able to look down and see the bundle of pipes, tubes and wires. At that point you will have to find the fan wires and checks for a loose wire. It will probably be at one of the butt joints used to connect the wires.
