I had the same problem with the 660 AH setting (my "temporary" RS2000 before RS3000). Xantrex told me they had seen that before and advised setting it at 650. It worked fine. When I finally got my RS3000, I was able to set it at 660.

Now I'm saving up for the taller batteries to replace in a few years.
